With out the pros here, I can only tell you to remove the clutch cover,and take a look at the clutch weights (work in a centrifical manner) to see if one or more (3 total) is broken or looks out of place. When you grease, only 1 to2 pumps. To much grease will get on drive belt, not a good thing.

WEBJun 13, 2008 · No matter if you have 11hp or 111hp. your cart is still only going to run in the mid 20 mph range (depending on tires) without changing the rear end gear. Because it is limited in the rpms you don't really need huge carbs, open exhaust, big cams, all these things may add power to the engine but how are you going to use all that extra power.
