Adding rear seat to Quiet Tech (2017-2019ish)? Powerful enough?

We have no problems with the engine, however, you will need to upgrade the rear suspension, and if there is too much weight in the rear seats the steering can get a little touchy.

My cart only has an 8.9 HP motor where subsequent models have the 12.29 HP. It would be interesting to drive and see the difference with the newer motor.

Yamaha warranties their engines for 5000 hours if you use their oil and follow their maintenance schedule. In other word, the engine will outlast the rest of the cart.

It is easy to tell if it has a carburetor; there will be a choke knob next to the shift lever below the seat. I see adds for Yamaha "Gas" and Yamaha "EFI", Yamaha "Drive2" and Yamaha "Quietech" and all combinations of those.
