NOTICE--OUR HIDEAWAY VILLAGE CLUBHOUSE WITH POOL AND HOT TUB HAS BEEN CLOSED BECAUSE OF STRUCTURAL DAMAGE. THEREFORE, THERE WILL BE NO POOL OR HOT TUB FOR TENANTS TO USE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. Only one and one-half hours from Denver (45' north of I-70), our condo sets among 50-feet pine trees at an elevation of 8,000 feet with trailheads into the Arapaho National Forest 1/2 block away and 2 miles from the Winter Park/Mary Jane Ski Area. The condo is set up for 3 adults and 2 children, NOT 5 adults. Upstairs is a full bathroom and a bedroom which sleeps 2 adults (double bed) and 2 children (bunk beds); the kitchen, half bath, and living room are downstairs. The couch is a futon which sleeps 1 adult. The condo has WiFi, cable TV, and a landline phone. (NOTE: This condo is Retro 70s but is clean, comfortable, well stocked, and reasonably priced.) The downtown area is within walking distance--3/4 mile. The FREE shuttle bus stops 300 feet from the condo's door at Woodspur Lodge.
