Washington Township is one of twelve townships in Delaware County, Indiana. According to the 2020 census, its population was 1,849 and it contained 889 housing units. According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 35.49 square miles, of which 35.34 square miles is land and 0.15 square miles is water. Jackson Lake is in this township.
