Dave's Taxi Service, a local Evansville business, is again offering free rides to the polls for both early voting and Election Day. The business asks voters to call 24 hours in advance of the planned appointment time at 812-205-8662.

If you're waiting until Election Day to cast your ballot, you may wanna bring an umbrella. The National Weather Service says the Evansville area has a 70% chance of rain during the day on Tuesday, with thunderstorms possible after 3 p.

While thousands of people have already voted, either in person or by mail, many more will be at their local polls Tuesday to cast their ballot. Apart from a slight chance for a shower, it’s shaping up to be a great weather day.
