After riding the bench for a couple of weeks, Anthony Richardson has been named the starting quarterback of the Indianapolis Colts for the rest of the season.

After being benched the last couple weeks, the Colts are giving the former fourth-overall draft pick another shot at the starting job

Steichen also announced that the Colts will stick with Richardson as their starter for the rest of the season, committing to the player they chose with the No. 4 overall pick in the 2023 draft. Indianapolis changed its mind on its quarterback saga mid-week, as Steichen had said Monday that veteran Joe Flacco would start against the Jets.
