The Google TV Streamer officially launched on September 24 in two colors, Porcelain and Hazel. It is now available to buy for $100 from Amazon, Best Buy, and the Google Store. Be sure and grab yours now if you're ready for a huge jump forward from the Chromecast.

If you added the Google TV Streamer to an existing smart home, your smart home devices automatically appear on the Google Home panel. If you don't see them, restart your Google TV Streamer or set up a new smart home and the devices again through the Google Home app.

Ahead of the launch of Google TV Streamer, the company’s new set-top streaming box, the tech giant is also bringing new updates to all Google TV devices. This includes a home panel that can control smart home devices,
