A new wildfire was reported today at 12:31 p.m. in San Diego County. Springs 8 Fire has been burning on private land. There is currently no information on the containment of the fire and its cause remains undetermined.

The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in San Diego County ticked upward two-tenths of a cent Monday to $4.559.
