OPINION: Deciding that the proud military brat doesn’t respect the military over hand placement is about as low-hanging fruit as possible.

Michael Strahan addressed the controversy over not putting his hand over his heart during the national anthem during Sunday's 'NFL on Fox' broadcast for Veteran's Day, and made clear his 'love' for the military.

"The only statement that should be made and that I want to make is that I love the military, I’ve always loved the military, and I will always love the military," he said in a social media post.
