Jon Moxley says everything that has happened in AEW so far doesn’t matter, as a “hard set” has begun. Moxley returned to AEW in August after a brief absence. Since then, he has formed a new faction, and he has captured the AEW World Championship again.

In his quest to rid the company of any deadwood or bad actors, AEW World Champion Jon Moxley has branded himself as an agent of change.

On screen, that meant Moxley’s new even-rougher-around-the-edges character and his new Death Riders faction of Claudio Castagnoli, PAC, Wheeler Yuta and Marina Shafir are trying to forcibly hold the company hostage until someone can step up and take it back from them.
